Pour bien commencer ton dimanche, rejoins-nous pour quelques swing out rapides, quelques jeux de jambes, une petite routine sympathique, sur un tempo autour de 190/200 BPM !
Si tu suis actuellement les cours de Lindy Hop 3 (ou 2 mais tu pratiques beaucoup!) et que tu as envie de transpirer, c'est par ici !
